At our French Bulldog breeding website, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may require a refund. We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as follows:

1. Full Refund: If the purchased puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary defect within the first seven (7) days of ownership, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price upon return of the puppy, including shipping costs. The refund will not include any additional expenses incurred by the buyer, such as veterinary bills or travel expenses.

2. Partial Refund: If the puppy has a congenital or hereditary defect that will require ongoing veterinary care, the buyer may choose to keep the puppy and receive a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, based on the severity of the defect and the estimated cost of veterinary care.

3. No Refund: If the buyer decides to return the puppy for any reason other than a congenital or hereditary defect, no refund will be given. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs and any other expenses incurred during the purchase process.

To request a refund, the buyer must contact us within the first seven (7) days of ownership and provide proof of the defect, such as a veterinarian's report. We reserve the right to obtain a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request if we suspect fraud or misrepresentation by the buyer.
